We understand that travel doesn't always go to plan - vehicle troubles, traffic jams, and border delays can all get in the way. While some ferry companies may let you board the next available sailing, we can't guarantee this as the final decision always rests with the ferry company.
If you know in advance you'll be late, log into your booking online to check whether you can change, cancel, or convert your ticket to an open ticket.
If you're on your way to the ferry and running late, get in touch with us by clicking the Help button in the bottom right-hand corner and we'll do our best to assist. We're open every day from 8am to 5pm (GMT/BST). If it's outside of these hours, don't worry! Head straight to the port and they can help you there.
