You must arrive at the port before boarding closes. The exact time is listed in your booking confirmation and can also be viewed on the My Trips page.
Even if you’ve checked in online, you still need to be at the port before this time.
If you're travelling with a pet or require special assistance on board, we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes earlier than the stated boarding time.
If you haven’t made a booking yet, you can see when boarding closes during the booking process by selecting the QR code or information icon next to the sailing details.
