As soon as your booking is confirmed, we'll send you a confirmation email. This email will tell you exactly what tickets you need to travel.
For most bookings, your Openferry confirmation is all you'll need. You can show it from your confirmation email or through the app when you board and this acts as your ticket.
For some bookings, you may also receive a PDF ticket to download, or you'll need to complete an online check-in before you travel. Your confirmation email will clearly explain if there's anything extra to do.
