Usually, the ticket that you purchase is only valid for the crossing you have booked. Some ferry companies allow you to change your departure time at the port, but this usually only happens if multiple ferry sailings are available per day.
If you're already on your way to the port, the best thing to do is show up and see if they will let you on.
If you want to change your ticket to an earlier sailing ahead of time, you have two options to access your booking and make a change:
- Sign in to your account to view and manage all your bookings
- Find your booking using your Openferry booking reference and email address or last name.
