We understand that plans can change. You can easily request changes to your booking online.
There are two ways to access your booking:
- Sign in to your account to view and manage all your bookings
- Find your booking using your Openferry booking reference and email address.
Once you've opened your booking, click on the trip you want to make changes to and then choose the 'Modify or cancel my booking' option and we'll guide you through the rest.
