We understand that plans can change. Where your ticket type allows refunds, you can easily request a cancellation online.
There are two ways to access your booking:
- Sign in to your account to view and manage all your bookings
- Find your booking using your Openferry booking reference and email address.
Once you've opened your booking, click on the trip you want to cancel and then choose the 'Modify or cancel my booking' option and we'll guide you through the rest.
