When cancelling your booking, if you are entitled to a refund, you can choose how you'd like to receive it.
If you select an Openferry voucher, we'll issue this when your cancellation is confirmed and you can use it straight away on our website.
If you choose a bank refund, it will usually appear in your account within 3–5 working days. Certain banks or payment methods may take up to 10 days.
If your debit or credit card has since expired, don't worry - as long as the bank account is still active, you'll still receive your refund.
