During the booking process, we temporarily place a hold on the total amount before attempting to confirm your booking. This is not a completed charge.
If the booking is successful, the amount is captured and the payment is completed.
If you experience a booking error, the temporary hold is automatically cancelled. In most cases, the amount will reappear in your account immediately. However, depending on your bank, it may take a little longer for the funds to become available again.
If the amount has not been released after 72 hours, please contact us. We will provide you with a reference code that you can share with your bank so they can release the funds.
