Once you've checked that your booking allows tickets to be converted to open, you can follow the steps below to complete the conversion.
Step 1: Click on "Modify or cancel my booking"
Step 2: Select the tickets you wish to convert to open and click "Next"
Step 3: Choose the “Convert to open date tickets” option and click "Next"
Step 4: Check the policy for open tickets
On this page you'll be able to see by what date you're able to make the conversion and also read the full conditions for open tickets. Click on "Continue" to complete the conversion.
If your request can be processed automatically and is successful, you will see a confirmation page and receive a confirmation email.
If your conversion needs to be handled manually, a support request will be created with the details you provided, and one of our agents will process it during operating hours.
