While some online purchases come with a 14-day cooling-off period, this doesn't apply to services booked for specific dates and times, which means there's no cooling-off period for most travel bookings, including ferry tickets. If you need to change or cancel your booking, there are two ways to access your booking:
- Sign in to your account to view and manage all your bookings
- Find your booking using your Openferry booking reference and email address or last name.
