If you cancel your booking, choosing an Openferry voucher is a cheaper option than a bank refund, as our service fee is lower and the voucher is available instantly.
Your voucher can be used multiple times with any ferry company on our platform until the full value is used. You can even combine a voucher with another payment method if your booking exceeds the voucher value.
Like all vouchers, it has an expiry date, so make sure to use your voucher before it expires. Don’t worry, we will remind you before that happens!
Remember that if you booked a trip using a voucher and later request to cancel your reservation, you will only be able to receive a voucher if you are entitled to a refund.
