If the ferry company changes or cancels your sailing for any reason, we'll send you an email with all the information you need. In cases where changes happen at short notice, the ferry company may reach out to you directly as well.
We know how frustrating disruptions to your travel plans can be, so any queries related to delays or cancellations will be treated as a priority by our team.
Where possible, the ferry company will look to provide a suitable alternative if your sailing is cancelled. That said, there are situations where no same-day alternative is available, such as severe weather making conditions unsafe or strike action affecting an entire port for the day. With this in mind, we recommend taking out travel insurance that includes cover for force majeure events.
